How much should a freehub spin?
You should be getting more than 10 seconds. One test for excessive drag is to watch the wheel as it stops spinning. It should oscillate back and forth two or three times as the heaviest section of the wheel settles to the bottom.

Thats more for the freehub bushing than the pawls though. Not grease, if the springs are light it can easily gum/stick and the pawls will not function – a thicker (winter/wet weather type) chain lube is ideal – just a drop or two on each pawl.
