How do I open IK Multimedia?
Go to the IK Multimedia Product Manager product page, and click on the download for your OS. After the download is complete, go to your Downloads folder and launch the installer. Log in using your IK Multimedia username and password. If you don’t have an account, you can create one here.

How do I uninstall IK Multimedia products?
On the website go to Support>User Area>My Products. Click on the Past Releases button against whichever software you want to uninstall, download and unzip the installer and you’ll find an uninstaller in the resulting folder. Hope that helps.
