Are Fractal Design fans quiet?

The Nexus+ 2 fan hub is a PWM fan hub which distributes the signals from the main header to the rest of the fans, making them go at the same percentage of their maximum speed. It is not possible to control the fans on the hub separately. They will all be run at the same percentage.
Are 120mm fans better?
Essentially, the short answer is that, on average, the larger 140mm fan, providing that you can fit it into your PC case, is the way to go. This is not to say that you won’t get a good experience from a 120 mm fan; it’s just that, in general, the best way to go is the 140 mm if you have the option.

Which side of fan is exhaust?
If the fan blades look like the inside of a dish or bowl—that is, they’re curving toward you—that’s the exhaust side. (In other words, the concave side is where air exhausts.)
Which way should top case fans face?
Generally, you want the case fans in front of the case drawing in air while the fans at the rear blow air out. If your case has vents at the top, they should be placed as exhaust fans because hot air will rise.
Is the Meshify 2 loud?
As far as acoustics go, the Meshify 2 isn’t the quietest case with its included fans, but it’s not unbearably loud either. It comes in a bit quieter than the Lian Li Lancool Mesh II Performance, but that case has faster spinning fans and therefore better thermal performance, if used to its limits.
