An ok, drinkable IPA. Goose IPA is a slightly hazy, light copper colored ale with a cloudy, barely off white head with good retention. At first blush, the hop aroma seems more European than north American, which I’m finding pleasant. Taking a closer look reveals caramel supported by just a whiff of nuttiness.
